When applying to colleges it is important to always check the college website to see which types of applications each school accepts. Community Colleges can be applied to for free using their individual websites. 

Common Application: The common application is utilized by over 400 colleges. The common application allows students to apply to multiple schools at one time. Some schools and colleges will require supplemental applications as well in order to attain information specific to the students major and preferences.

Apply SUNY: Apply SUNY is a website which allows you to electronically apply to multiple SUNY school at one time. This can help you to decrease the amount of time you spend completing multiple applications. Each school that you apply to will have common questions which can be completed by filling out your application at Apply SUNY. Supplemental applications are often required for individual applications.
