NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
The Board of Education of the Brasher Falls Central School District, in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal law, will receive bids on: PURCHASE OF SOLAR CREDITS for the Brasher Falls Central School District. Bids will be received until 2:30 PM on the 9th of September, 2024, at which time and place they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Bids will be accepted at District Offices located at 1039 State Highway 11C, Brasher Falls, NY 13613.
The Brasher Falls Central School District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids in whole or in part, and to waive any irregularities or informalities. The Brasher Falls Central School District also reserves the right to award bids by total, group or individual items, whichever is in the best interest of the School District. Bid forms and specifications are available at the District Office, 1039 State Highway 11C, Brasher Falls, NY 13613, from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday during days school is in session.
