It is important that our families be aware that inclement weather conditions may affect the safe transportation of students to and from school.
Superintendent, Christopher Rose, along with the local highway superintendent and the school transportation supervisor, will determine if school should be open, delayed, or closed because of poor weather conditions.
In the event of a closure or delay, alerts will be sent to families through the district Thrillshare Alert System (email, phone call, and/or text message) and it will also appear on our website (www.bfcsd.org), WWNY-TV 7 News, WPTZ TV-5, WWTI TV-50, WPDM 99.3 FM, and WMSA 1340 AM.
